ATOSS Software AG Reports Order from Crossair (Swiss) Corporate-news announcement sent by DGAP. The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– ATOSS Software AG Reports Order from Crossair (Swiss) Munich, February 8, 2002 The Swiss subsidiary of ATOSS Software AG, Munich, the leading supplier of software solutions in the Staff Efficiency Management (SEM) segment, has garnered a major order from Crossair, one of Europe’s leading airline company. After the recent announcement by ATOSS on January 10, 2002 concerning a larger follow-up order from LSG Sky Chefs, a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG, another leading airline company, Crossair, has opted for the products of the Munich software specialists. Crossair has now acquired a much broader company license and will do business under the name of Swiss as of March 31, 2002, taking on an additional 26 medium- haul and 26 long-haul flights. This will involve up to 10,000 employees in all of the companies belonging to the Swiss Group, including former Swissair locations. The company license will be available in German and English and used for international business. This extension will replace existing Swissair systems and allow the company to deploy the ATOSS products “ATOSS Time Solution” and “ATOSS Resources Allocation” on a uniform basis. Here Swiss will rely on the Web-Client-Technology of ATOSS Software AG to ensure that the various company locations are flexibly linked. This decentralized deployment of ATOSS Software AG software throughout the company will enable the airline to cope with heightened security requirements and the ever more stringent demands which have to be met through even more efficient employment of personnel. According to Andreas F.J. Obereder, chairman of the board of ATOSS Software AG, the recent order from a leading airline is further proof of the enormous potential benefits offered by the ATOSS Software AG solutions for every aspect of personnel resources deployment. “Optimized deployment of personnel resources and the availability of flexible software solutions that allow for highly flexible working time models are of crucial importance when it comes to ensuring that our customers remain competitive, particularly in the current economic environment.” ATOSS Software AG will provide its provisional results for the financial year 2001 on February 20, 2002 before the opening of the stock exchange. The complete business report for financial year 2001 will be presented as part of a balance sheet conference in accordance with the ATOSS Software AG corporate calendar on March 18, 2002.
