ATOSS signs up Postbank AG as new customer – Outlook remains positiv Corporate-news announcement sent by DGAP. Munich, September 17, 2002 – ATOSS Software AG, Munich, the leading provider of Staff Efficiency Management Software (SEM) has acquired an important new customer – Postbank, Bonn. Deutsche Postbank AG has awarded ATOSS a larger contract for the implementation of ATOSS Time Solution, which is part of the Staff Efficiency Suite. The software will enable the efficient planning and control of 3.500 employees who currently work flextime at various Postbank sites. Postbank’s implementation of ATOSS Time Solution is an innovation in staff efficiency management for the company. A central server solution has been implemented for the Postbank contract. As a large-scale installation this is client-enabled, so that each Postbank site can be administered separately, thus optimising follow-on system and data maintenance costs. According to Andreas F.J. Obereder, the chairman of the board at ATOSS Software, Postbank chose ATOSS products and services for more than one reason. “As a company with a secure future and a solid financial base we can offer our customers long-term solutions from a single source. We provide complete solutions. In addition to software, this business model includes the intelligent application of our products and a consultancy service that covers optimising processes in personnel deployment.” Mr. Obereder added that an return on investment within 6 to 12 months was achievable thanks to ATOSS’s leading edge position in the realisation of utilisation potential in the short term. This scenario encourages ATOSS to believe that with a slight growth in turnover the company will achieve significantly better results in the current year, despite the negative economic environment. Indeed ATOSS anticipates that given the profit of Eur 0.13 per share achieved in the first half-year, the current agreed estimates of a yield of Eur 0.18 per share will be significantly exceeded.
