Ad hoc-Service: ATOSS Software AG France

Ad-hoc Mitteilung übermittelt durch die DGAP. Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— ATOSS successfully implementing internationalization strategy First key account order garnered in France Munich, July 3, 2000, ATOSS Software AG, Munich, a leading provider of solutions for strategic work and time management (Strategisches Management von Arbeit und Zeit, SMAZ), listed on the Neuer Markt, has garnered an initial substantial order in France. The client is Lufthansa AG, CDG Paris. The Munich system solutions provider will soon be delivering a software solution for personnel deployment planning and controlling that will be installed at the French Lufthansa location. ATOSS perceives this project as a successful door opener to the key French market that will act as a stepping stone for future targeted expansion in this promising and lucrative region. According to company planning, ATOSS will be stepping up and intensifying activities outside of Germany. Moreover, the company has recorded a considerable rise in incoming orders so that present figures are considerably exceeding comparable previous year figures. In France, the mandatory 35-hour week and the associated flexibilization of working hours are generating a tremendous change in respective demands and requirements. Thanks to its intelligent software solutions for planning and controlling cost efficient personnel deployment, ATOSS Software AG is in an excellent position to cover the tremendous demand resulting from the government mandated measures outlined above. Therefore the company stands to profit handsomely from the above-average growth rates forecasted for the future. The company’s strong competitive position will be reinforced by the ongoing foundation of a French subsidiary, ATOSS Software S.A.R.L., to be headquartered in Paris. In addition ATOSS is planning to buy an existing, well positioned sales structure, either by acquiring a French complementary provider or a consulting firm. Moreover, ATOSS is currently engaged in negotiations with regard to cooperation activities as well as joint ventures with the aim of lending further momentum to rapidly adapting ATOSS products to market requirements and ensuring increasingly broader acceptance.
