ATOSS Software AG: ATOSS Software AG continues its record performance. Nine-months earnings (EBIT) up from EUR 4.4 to 5.3 million, forecast substantially increased.

Munich, October 12, 2010 - Provisional figures show that ATOSS Software AG
has improved its earnings quality on sales of just over EUR 21.4 million in
the first nine months of 2010 (previous year EUR 21.4 million). The
Munich-based specialist in workforce management has posted an operating
result (EBIT) of EUR 5.3 million to September 30, 2010, compared with EUR
4.4 million last year. The margin on sales (EBIT) has increased from 20% to
25%. These figures represent the company's best nine-month result to date.
The key figures for Q3 2010 equally reflect the positive earnings quality.
On sales of EUR 7.2 million (previous year EUR 7.2 million) the company
recorded an operating result (EBIT) of EUR 1.8 million (previous year EUR
1.5 million). Hereby, software licenses sales amounted to EUR 1.5 million
(previous year EUR 1.4 million) and order intake for software licenses came
in at EUR 1.3 million (previous year EUR 1.1 million).
So far, ATOSS management has been forecasting on overall result for
financial year 2010 on a par with last year's record level (EBIT: EUR 5.5
million). Thanks to the stable development in business, however, the
company now expects to generate a full-year operating result (EBIT) of well
over EUR 6.0 million.
ATOSS Software AG will publish its complete provisional figures for the
first nine months of the year on October 25, 2010.
