Munich, 13.10.2009
In the first nine months of 2009, ATOSS Software AG has continued its
growth path of the last three years. According to provisional figures,
sales as well as results clearly exceeded the figures booked in its record
year in 2008.
Sales rose by 7% to EUR 21.4 million (previous year EUR 20.7 million).
Based on this pleasing sales trend, key earnings figures again showed
significant improvements, with a rise in EBIT of 11% coming in at EUR 4.4
million (previous year EUR 3.9 million), net profit increasing by 16%
coming in at EUR 3.1 million (previous year EUR 2.7 million) and earnings
per share significantly improved at EUR 0.78 (previous year EUR 0.67).

Against the backdrop of this excellent development in sales and the
continued stable order situation, over the year as a whole, the company
expects to clearly exceed its forecast for EBIT of at least EUR 5 million.
Now, the company expects for the full year 2009 an EBIT level of around EUR
5.4 million.

ATOSS Software AG will publish its full provisional figures for the first
nine months of the year on October 22, 2009.
