Als Berater und Großaktionär wird Dr. Barth dem Unternehmen jedoch in der Zukunft weiter verbunden bleiben. Der Vorstand der ATOSS Software AG umfasst nunmehr drei Mitglieder. Dem Entwicklungsressort wird in Zukunft das Vorstandsmitglied Dr. Burkhard Scherf vorstehen, bisher verantwortlich für die Bereiche IT-Services und Consulting. Dr. Scherf war bereits in der Vergangenheit maßgeblich an der Entwicklung der Produktfamilie TARIS beteiligt. Darüber hinaus bestätigt der Vorstand der ATOSS Software AG noch einmal die am 10.11. 2000 veröffentlichten Umsatz- und Ertragsprognosen zum Geschäftsjahresende. Das Unternehmen geht demnach von einem Umsatz von knapp 40 Mio. DM aus. Nach Steuern streben die Münchener für das gesamte Geschäftsjahr ein ausgeglichenes Ergebnis an. —————————————————— ATOSS Software AG managing board member development retires Sales and earnings forecast up to the end of the year as issued on November 10, 2000 confirmed Munich, December 7, 2000 – Dr. Thomas Barth, managing board member responsible for the research and development area to date, will be retiring for private reasons after a 13 year tenure at the company. As consultant and major shareholder, however, Dr. Barth will continue to be involved in the company. The ATOSS Software AG managing board is currently formed by three members. In future, Dr. Burkhard Scherf, responsible for the IT services and consulting areas to date, will be in charge of development activities. In the past Dr. Scherf had already played a key role in the development of the TARIS product family. The ATOSS Software AG managing board once again confirmed the sales and earnings forecast up to the end of the year that had been issued on November 10, 2000. According to this forecast, the company is anticipating annual sales of just under DM 40 million.
