Amendment to the AMAFI liquidity agreement

Bezons, July 5, 2017 – Pursuant to article 11 of the AMAFI liquidity agreement entered into on February 13, 2006 with Atos SE and in order to allow Rothschild & Cie Banque to ensure continuity of its actions under this agreement, Atos SE decided to proceed to a supplementary contribution in cash of € 10,000,000. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
