Atomo Diagnostics Limited (ASX Code: AT1) Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Atomo Diagnostics Limited ACN 142 925 684 ( Atomo/Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

Atomo has today issued 950,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act following the exercise of 950,000 options. Atomo sought quotation of these shares pursuant to the Appendix 2A lodged on ASX on 10 September 2020.

Atomo confirms that as at the date of this notice:

• (a) it has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Atomo; and

• (b) it has complied with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (c) there is no “excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
