Atomo Diagnostics Limited (ASX: AT1) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Atomo Diagnostics Limited (‘AT1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Tuesday, 14 April 2020.

Official quotation of AT1’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 AM AEST on Thursday, 16 April 2020.

AT1 raised $30.0 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 4 March 2020 as varied by the supplementary prospectus dated 17 March 2020 and the second supplementary prospectus dated 31 March 2020 (together the ‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 150,000,010 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
