Change of Company Secretary
Atomo Diagnostics Limited (ASX: AT1) ( Atomo or the Company ) wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 that Ms Maria Clemente of BoardRoom Pty Limited has been appointed Company Secretary, with effect from 1 March 2023. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Clemente will also be the primary person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
Mr Tharun Kuppanda of BoardRoom Pty Limited has notified the Board of his resignation as Company Secretary with effect from 1 March 2023. Atomo thanks Mr Kuppanda for his support of the Board during his time with the Company.
