Board changes

SYDNEY Australia Thursday, 9 December 2021 – Atomo Diagnostics Limited (ASX: AT1) ( Atomo ) advises that Ms Connie Carnabuci has notified the Board of her resignation as a director of the Company with effect from 9 December 2021.

Ms Carnabuci was appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director on 4 February 2020 ahead of the Company’s listing on the ASX and has been the Chair of Atomo’s People, Culture and Remuneration Committee since that time.

Chair, John Keith, commented on the resignation: “Atomo has been very fortunate to have Connie during its formative stages as a publicly listed company. On behalf of the Board, I thank Connie for her valuable contribution to Atomo. Connie leaves our board with the very best wishes and thanks of her colleagues.”

The Board has appointed Ms Deborah Neff to assume the role of chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee effective 9 December 2021.
