Change of Auditor
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Atomo Diagnostics Limited ( Atomo ) wishes to announce that, following receipt of consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ) for the resignation of its current auditor (KPMG), effective today 3 August 2020, BDO Audit Pty Ltd of Level 11, 1 Margaret Street, Sydney ( BDO Audit ) has been appointed as auditor for Atomo.
In the course of the ASX listing process, Atomo’s Audit and Risk Committee reviewed various audit service providers and as a result of the review and reflecting Atomo’s policy concerning auditor rotation, recommended to Atomo’s Board of Directors that BDO Audit be appointed as Atomo’s auditor.
In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of BDO Audit as Atomo’s auditor will be recommended by the Board for ratification at Atomo’s 2020 annual general meeting.
