In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Atomo Diagnostics Limited ( Atomo ) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDT) on Wednesday, 4 November 2020 .
Details of the venue and the agenda will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which is expected to be released on or about Friday, 2 October 2020.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 16 September 2020.
