Long Term Suspended Entities
The securities of the following entities have been suspended for more than three months.
The table below sets out:
-
the name and ASX code of each long term suspended entity;
-
the periodic reports referred to in Listing Rule 17.5 that the entity has failed to lodge (if any);
-
the 1 year deadline date for lodging the oldest outstanding periodic report; and
-
the entity’s 2 year deadline to execute its plans for trading in its securities to resume, to ASX’s satisfaction.
If an entity does not meet the 1 or 2 year deadlines, it will be removed from the official list. The removal will usually take effect from the open of trading on the first trading day after the deadline date.

Where an entity is subject to a longer-term suspension, ASX recommends that the entity implement a system of periodic (at least quarterly) disclosures to ensure that the market and its security holders are provided with regular updates as to its status and, in particular, the plans it may have for trading in its securities to resume and its progress in implementing those plans.
ASX’s removal policy for long term suspended entities is explained in section 3.4 of ASX Listing Rules Guidance Note 33 Removal of Entities from the ASX Official List . In limited circumstances, ASX may grant a short extension to the deadline date, as outlined in section 3.4 of Guidance Note 33. The table above is system-generated and does not reflect any extensions granted to an entity’s deadline date. Please refer to the entity’s recent announcements to check for any extensions.
ASX reminds long term suspended entities that reinstatement of their securities to quotation is not granted automatically on application, even if the suspension was imposed at the entity’s request. ASX must be satisfied that the reasons for the ongoing suspension have been addressed and that the entity complies with the Listing Rules at the point of reinstatement. Please engage with your Listings Adviser about your plans to seek reinstatement.
