GOVIEX RECEIVES FINAL ORDER APPROVING ARRANGEMENT WITH TOMBADOR

Tombador Iron Limited (ACN 108 958 274) ( Tombador or the Company ) is pleased to advise that on 5 November 2025 the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted GoviEx Uranium Inc. ( GoviEx ) the final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement (the Arrangement ) between Tombador and GoviEx under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Granting of the final order was a key condition precedent to the proposed reverse takeover of Tombador by GoviEx (the Transaction ).

Arrangement Agreement, which remains on target for completion in mid-November 2025.
