Results of Operations and Financial Condition .

On October 28, 2021, Atlassian Corporation Plc (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 (the “ Shareholder Letter ”). The full text of the Shareholder Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

Departure of Certain Officers .

The Company also announced that James Beer will be retiring as its Chief Financial Officer following the end of fiscal year 2022 on June 30, 2022. Mr. Beer indicated his pending departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company. The Company has begun a search for a Chief Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Beer.
