Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 27, 2017, Atlassian Corporation Plc (“Atlassian” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended June 30, 2017 (the “Shareholder Letter”). The full text of the Shareholder Letter is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

Departure of Certain Officers

The Company also announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Murray Demo, will be leaving Atlassian on December 31, 2017 to focus on his corporate and non-profit board work. Mr. Demo indicated his pending departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company. The Company has begun a search for a Chief Financial Officer to succeed Mr. Demo.
