Şirketimizin 30.000.000 Türk Lirası olan ödenmiş sermayesinin tamamı nakden karşılanmak suretiyle %100 oranında artırılarak 60.000.000 Türk Lirasına çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak 6 Ağustos 2020 tarihinde başlayan yeni pay alma hakları (rüçhan hakkı) kullanım süresi 20 Ağustos 2020 tarihinde sona ermiştir.

Bu süre sonunda 368.261,306- TL nominal paylı hisseye ilişkin rüçhan hakkı kullanılmamıştır. Söz konusu paylar, 27-28 Ağustos 2020 tarihlerinde 2 iş günü süreyle Metro Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aracılığıyla, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasada 1 TL nominal değerinden düşük olmamak üzere Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasada oluşacak fiyattan satışa sunulacaktır.
