Yönetim Kurulu'nun 09.05.2023 Tarih ve 2023/12 Sayılı Kararı ile alınan 2022 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan 109.303.870,00-TL'lik dönem kârından (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 109.468.474,00-TL faaliyet karı vardır) üzerinden hesaplanan 5.473.424,00-TL tutarında Birinci Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra bakiye kârdan hesaplanan 20.766.089,26-TL tutarında ortaklarımıza kâr dağıtımı yapılmasına, kar dağıtımının 5 Aralık 2023 tarihinde yapılmasına, kalan Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre 83.064.357,04-TL'lik dönem Kârının (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 83.228.961,04-TL kâr) olağanüstü yedekler hesabına kaydedilmesine ilişkin yönetim teklifi, Genel Kurulun tasvibine sunuldu ve oylamaya açıldı, yapılan oylamada 100 olumsuz paya karşılık 205 olumlu payla oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
