Şirketimizin 2021 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan 12.426.561,00TL'lik dönem kârından (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 12.733.789,29TL faaliyet karı vardır) üzerinden hesaplanan 636.689,46TL tutarında Birinci Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra bakiye kârdan hesaplanan 2.357.974,31TL tutarında ortaklarımıza kâr dağıtımı yapılmasına, kalan Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre 9.431.897,23-TL'lik dönem Kârının (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 9.739.125,52-TL kâr) olağanüstü yedekler hesabına kaydedilmesine ilişkin teklifinin müzakere edilmesi ve ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
