YönetimKurulu'nun 05.05.2020 Tarih ve 2020/10 Sayılı Kararı ile alınan 2019 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan10.840.856--TL'lik dönem karının (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 10.733.300-TL kar),536.665-TL tutarında kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra bakiye kardanhesaplanan 2.060.838,20TL tutarında ortaklarımıza kar dağıtımı yapılmasınakalan Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre 8.243.352,80-TL'lik dönem karının (Yasal kayıtlara göre 8.135.796,80-TL kar) olağanüstü yedekler hesabınakaydedilmesine ilişkin yönetim teklifi, Genel Kurulda görüşülüp oybirliği ile kabul edilmiştir. 2019 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda oluşan dönem karından yapılacak olan kar dağıtım tutarının, Kar Payı tebliğinin 5.maddesi uyarınca, Kar Dağıtım işlemlerinin 07.12.2020 tarihinde başlamasına karar verilmiştir.
