Yönetim Kurulu'nun 19/03/2019 Tarih ve 2019/09 Sayılı Kararı ile alınan 2018 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan 298.643-TL'lik dönem Zararının (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 247.733 TL kar), geçmiş yıllar zararları hesabında takip edilmesine, (Yasal Kayıtlara göre 12.387 TL yasal ayrıldıktan sonra kalan kısmın olağanüstü yedekler hesabına kaydedilmesine), Şirketin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı uyarınca hesaplaması nedeniyle ortaklara kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin teklifi müzakere edildi. Yönetim Kurulu Teklifi Genel Kurulun tasvibine sunuldu ve oylamaya açıldı, yapılan oylamada oybirliği ile kabul edildi.
