Conclusion of change in the number of shares and votes in Atlas Copco AB
Stockholm, Sweden, June 29, 2018: During June 2018, the number of outstanding shares in Atlas Copco AB decreased to 1,229,613,104 from 2,459,226,208 and the number of votes to 878,415,996.8 from 1,756,831,993.6. The change is a result of the 2:1 share split and redemption resolved by the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2018 which is now concluded.
Following the redemption, there are 839,394,096 series A shares and 390,219,008 series B shares in the company.
Shares resulting from the share split were traded on Nasdaq Stockholm between May 14, 2018 and up to and including June 1, 2018, and then under the resolution by the general meeting automatically redeemed by the company for SEK 8 per share.
Payment of the redemption amount was done June 11, 2018.
The number of shares and votes in Atlas Copco AB is now 1,229,613,104 shares and 878,415,996.8 votes.
