Christel Bories leaves the board of Atlas Copco AB

Stockholm, Sweden, December 17, 2010: Christel Bories has today informed that she is leaving the board of Atlas Copco AB.

The nomination committee will present its proposal regarding the board composition in connection with the notice, on March 17, 2011, of the annual general meeting.
