Atlas Arteria – Panel Declines to Make Interim Order
The Panel refers to the application dated 6 May 2026 from Atlas Arteria Limited and Atlas Arteria International Limited (together, Atlas Arteria) in relation to the affairs of Atlas Arteria (see TP26/025).
The Panel has considered the interim order request by Atlas Arteria that, pending the final determination of the Panel proceedings, Diamond Infraco 1 Pty Ltd be restrained from despatching its Bidder’s Statement in its current form.
The Panel has decided not to make that interim order.
The Panel is still considering whether to conduct proceedings.
The Panel is Katrina Efthim, John McGlue and Rory Moriarty (sitting President).
