Completion of the Warnow Tunnel Capital Restructure
Further to the announcement made on 25 February 2021 regarding the Warnow Tunnel capital restructure, Atlas Arteria ( ASX:ALX ) today announces that financial close for the restructure has now been achieved and the restructure is complete.
Atlas Arteria’s CFO Nadine Lennie said: “We are very pleased to reach financial close for this transaction which is transformative for the Warnow Tunnel business, and delivers on Atlas Arteria’s strategy to diversify our sources of cash flow and achieve sustainable distribution growth over time.”
