Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Atlas Arteria ( ASX:ALX ) announces the appointment of Mr Paul Lynch as Joint Company Secretary effective 26 August 2021.
Mr Clayton McCormack, General Counsel and Company Secretary and Mr Lynch will both be responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX.
