Resignation of Director
Macquarie Atlas Roads (MQA) advises that Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited (MARL) NonExecutive Director, Mr Marc de Cure will resign from MARL’s Board, effective 30 June 2017, to enable him to pursue other commitments.
Dr Nora Scheinkestel, MARL Chairman, said that the Board sincerely thanked Marc for his contributions and assistance since initially joining the Board in 2010 following MQA’s demerger from Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG). During his time on the Board he helped steer MQA through its early development and successful growth. The Board wishes Marc well with his future endeavours.
The Board will announce the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director in due course.
