Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 07.07.2024 (Bugün) yapmış olduğu toplantı sonucunda;

Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve TTK Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarına göre; 3.371.334,00-TL Net Dönem Karı, azınlık payları hariç 2.418.384,00 TL Net Dönem Karı ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) uygun düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre 353.235,54-TL Net Dönem Karı oluştuğu ve konsolide finansal tablolarına göre, 78.463.505,00-TL tutarında geçmiş yıllar zararları mahsup edildiğinde, Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârı kalmamıştır.

Bu nedenle mahsup işlemi sonunda dağıtılacak kar kalmadığı için ; kar dağıtılmaması hususunun genel kurul onayına sunulmasına,

oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
