Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) II-14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasalarında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri çerçevesinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve TTK Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarına göre; 12.714.839,00-TL Net Dönem Karı, azınlık payları hariç 10.572.725,00 TL Net Dönem Karı ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) uygun düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre 2.299.703,41-TL Net Dönem Karı oluşmuştur. TMS/TFRS uyumlu Konsolide finansal tablolarına göre, 7.473.205-TL tutarında geçmiş yıllar zararları mahsup edildiğinde 5.241.634-TL Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârı kalmıştır.

Bununla birlikte, yasal kayıtlara göre 2.331.149,42-TL geçmiş yıllar zararları elde edilen kardan mahsup edildiğinde 31.446,01-TL geçmiş yıllar zararı bakiye kaldığı ve mahsup işlemi sonunda dağıtılacak kar kalmadığı için; Şirket Genel Kurulu, kar dağıtılmamasına karar vermiştir.
