Şirketimiz tarafından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Işık Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2016 – 31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarına göre; azınlık payları hariç 259.893,00-TL Net Dönem Zararı ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre 246.130,89-TL. Net Dönem Zararı oluşmuştur.

Genel Kurulumuz, yönetim kurulumuzun önerisi doğrultusunda, dönem zararı oluştuğu için kar dağıtılmamasına karar vermiştir.
