Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association.

The Management Board of Atlantis SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 19/03/2025, the Commercial Companies Register (Ariregister) competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6/03/2025.
In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:

,, 2.4 he minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 7 000 000 (seven million) shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 28 000 000 (twenty-eight million) shares”

The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 10 125 000.
