ATLANTIS SE informuje, będąc zobowiązaną zgodnie z (i) art. 2 dyrektywy 2004/109/EC Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 15 grudnia 2004 r. (zgodnie ze zmianami dyrektywy 2013/50/EU Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 22 października 2013 r.) oraz (ii) § 1844 ust. 1 estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych, że dokonuje wyboru Umawiającego się Państwa jako Państwa Macierzystego Republikę Estonii. W związku z tym, Rzeczpospolita Polska jest Umawiającym się Państwem przyjmującym.

ATLANTIS SE została zarejestrowana w Estońskim Rejestrze Handlowym dnia 2-go stycznia 2019 roku pod numerem rejestracyjnym: 14633855 z oficjalnym adresem Harju county, Tallinn, City Centre district, Narva Road 5, 10117, Estonia.

ATLANTIS SE is disclosing, as obliged in accordance with (i) article 2 of Directive 2004/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 (as amended by Directive 2013/50/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2013) and (ii) § 1844 (1) of Estonian Securities Market Act that made a choice of Contracting State as the home Contracting State - Republic of Estonia. Consequently, the Republic of Poland is the host Contracting State.
