Zarząd ATLANTIS SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie niniejszym w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 56/2018 z dnia 14.12.2018r. oraz raportu bieżącego nr 30/2019 z dnia 21.06.2019r. informuje, że w dniu 30.12.2019r., na mocy postanowień Umowy pożyczki pieniężnej zawartej w dniu 14.12.2018r. przez Emitenta jako Pożyczkodawcę ze spółką IFEA Sp. z o.o. w Płocku (KRS 0000512607), jako Pożyczkobiorcą Emitent otrzymał spłatę części udzielonej pożyczki.

Emitent otrzymał zwrot łącznie kwoty 27.228.167,15 zł, na którą to kwotę składa się kwota kapitału udzielonej pożyczki w wysokości 27.228.167,15 zł

Emitent ponadto informuje, że pomiędzy ATLANTIS SE, a spółką IFEA Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Płocku zachodzą powiązania osobowe. Prezes Zarządu Pożyczkobiorcy pełni funkcję Członka Rady Nadzorczej Emitenta.

The Management Board of ATLANTIS SE with headquarters in Tallinn, hereby referred to current report No. 56/2018 of 14/12/2018 and current report no. 30/2019 of 21/06/2019 informs that on 30/12/2019 pursuant to the provisions of the Cash Loan Agreement concluded on 14/12/2018 by the Issuer as a Lender with the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. in Płock (KRS 0000512607), as the Borrower, the Issuer received repayment of part of the loan granted.

The issuer received a total refund of PLN 27.228.167,15 which includes the principal of the loan granted in the amount of PLN 27.228.167,15

The Issuer also informs that between ATLANTIS SE and the company IFEA Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Płock there are personal ties. The Chairman of the Borrower's Management Board is a Member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board.
