Zarząd spółki Atlantis S.E. z siedzibą w Tallinnie niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 11.01.2019r ze skutkiem na koniec dnia 11.01.2019r złożyła rezygnację z przyczyn osobistych z pełnienia funkcji Prezesa Zarządu Pani Anna Kajkowska .

Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że posiedzenie Rady Nadzorczej , na którym powołany zostanie Zarząd spółki planowane jest na dzień 15.01.2019roku. a sytuacja powyższa nie wpłynie negatywnie na bieżącą działalność Spółki.

The Management Board of Atlantis SE headquatered in Tallinn, hereby informs that on January 11, 2019 (with effect at the end of the day) Ms Anna Kajkowska resigned from the function of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was handed for presonal reasons.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the Supervisory Board Meeting, at which the new Management Board will be appointed, is scheduled on January 15, 2019. Aforementioned situation will not affect the current Company activities in a negative manner.
