Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Miami, 27 August 2024:
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") on 20 August 2024 regarding a proposed underwritten rights issue of up to USD 60 million and directed convertible loan issue of minimum USD 20 million.
The Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") has also proposed, among other things, that the EGM shall grant the Board authorization to increase the share capital, raise convertible loans, and to resolve the consideration shares to the underwriters.
The Board therefore calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held digitally on 17 September 2024 at 15:00 CEST.
