Atlantic Sapphire ASA AS: Ex. right to participate in Rights Issue today
Reference is made to the announcement by Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") concerning, inter alia¸ the resolution by the general meeting to approve the share capital increase pertaining to a partially underwritten rights issue to raise gross proceeds of up to the NOK-equivalent of USD 64 million (the "Rights Issue") and to earlier stock exchange notices regarding the Rights Issue. The shares of the Company are trading exclusive of the right to participate in the Rights Issue as of today.
The shareholders of the Company as of 17 September 2024 (as registered in the VPS as of the end of 19 September 2024, the "Record Date") will be granted subscription rights to participate in the Rights Issue.

The Company completed its first commercial harvest in the US in September 2020. Atlantic Sapphire is currently constructing its Phase 2 expansion, which will bring total annual production capacity to 25,000 tons and has a long-term targeted harvest volume of 220,000 tons.
