Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Extraordinary General Meeting Concluded

Miami, FL, 11 October 2023

Atlantic Sapphire ASA has today, 11 October 2023, completed an extraordinary general meeting digitally. All items proposed on the agenda were adopted, including the approval of the share capital increase in connection with the second tranche of the Private Placement announced on 19 September 2023. Please find enclosed the minutes from the meeting in Norwegian and English.

The shares in the second tranche of the Private Placement will be issued on the separate ISIN NO 001 3048173 until a listing prospectus has been approved and published, expected during mid-October 2023.
