Miami, 28 May 2019

Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Atlantic Sapphire AS (the "Company") published on 8 May 2019 regarding completion of a private placement with gross proceeds of approximately NOK 783 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 7,127,610.00 divided by 71,276,100 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
