Atlantic Sapphire AS: Approval and Publication of Prospectus
Miami, April 30, 2020
Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the application by Atlantic Sapphire AS (the "Company") for listing of its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange (the "Listing") and the stock exchange notice dated April 29, 2020 whereby the Company was informed that the Oslo Stock Exchange approved the Company's Listing application.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today, April 30, 2020, approved the Company’s Prospectus in connection with the Listing (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus has been published today, and is available at www.atlanticsapphire.com/investor-relations, www.arctic.com/secno/en/offerings and www.dnb.no/emisjoner. Hard copies of the Prospectus may be obtained by contacting the Company.
The shares of the Company are expected to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange on May 5, 2020. No new shares will be offered in connection with the listing.
Arctic Securities AS and DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, are acting as Joint Global Coordinators for the Listing. Advokatfirmaet CLP DA acts as legal counsel to the Company and Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS acts as legal counsel to the Joint Global Coordinators.
