Miami, FL, October 22, 2020

Andre Skarbø, board member and primary insider, has today acquired 11,000 shares at an average price of NOK 93.28 through his company AS Invest AS. Following the transaction, Andre Skarbø holds 812,206 shares in the Company, corresponding to 1.0% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.

Karl Øystein Øyehaug, Managing Director & Interim CFO and primary insider, has today acquired 800 shares at an average price of NOK 92.40. Following the transaction, he holds 9,405 shares in the Company and 28,861 options, corresponding to 0.0% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.

Dharma Rajeswaran, Chief Operating Officer and primary insider, has today acquired 270 shares at an average price of NOK92.60. Following the transaction, Dharma Rajeswaran will hold 11,270 shares in the Company and 50,000 share options, corresponding to 0.0% of the outstanding shares in the Company.

The company has also secured the key US water permits to produce up to 90,000 tons onsite, and has a targeted harvest volume in 2031 of 220,000 tons.
