Miami, FL, 22 May 2023

Reference is made to the notice from Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") for the annual general meeting to be held on 23 May 2023 (the "AGM").

Johan Andreassen, Chairman of the board of the Company, has received proxies to vote for 33,751,968 shares in the Company at the AGM, corresponding to 12.4% of the outstanding shares and votes.

The voting proxies lapse automatically after the AGM has been held.

This notification is made with reference to section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

The Company completed its first commercial harvest in the US in September 2020. Atlantic Sapphire is currently constructing its Phase 2 expansion, which will bring total annual production capacity to 25,000 tons, and has a long-term targeted harvest volume of 220,000 tons.
