This disclosure is made pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 4 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
On 1st March 2024, Pelham Long/Short Small Cap Master Fund Ltd transferred its shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA (NO0010768500) to Pelham Long Short Master Fund Ltd. The rights and shares are now owned by Pelham Long Short Master Fund Ltd which is a collective undertaking controlled by the Investment Manager, Pelham Capital Ltd.
Subsequent to the completion of sell transaction, the Pelham Long Short Master Fund Ltd holds a total shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA of 71,480,496 shares which represents 8.95% of the shares outstanding and voting rights of Atlantic Sapphire ASA.
