Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Primary Insider Notification

Alexander Reus, board member and primary insider, has today sold 31,063 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at an average price of USD 0.68 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. Reus directly holds 102,947 shares in the Company, the equivalent of 0.1% of the outstanding shares. In addition, a family trust controlled by a related party of Mr. Reus holds 1,601,051 shares in the Company, corresponding to 1.1% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.
