Correction to announcement sent out today at 15:28 CET: Following his acquisition today, Andre Skarbø holds a total of 712 479 shares, corresponding to 1.0% of the outstanding shares and votes.

Corrected announcement:

Runar Vatne, board member and primary insider, has today acquired 350,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS at an average price per share of NOK 92.00 through Vatne Equity AS.

Following the transaction, Runar Vatne through his companies holds a total of 4,050,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS, corresponding to 5.7% of the outstanding shares and votes.

Further, Andre Skarbø, board member and primary insider, has today acquired 21,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS at an average price per share of NOK 95.49 through ASInvest AS.

Following the transaction, Andre Skarbø through his companies holds a total of 712 479 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS, corresponding to 1.0% of the outstanding shares and votes.
