Alsco AS, the holding company of CEO and Chairman Johan E. Andreassen and board member Bjørn Vegard Løvik in Atlantic Sapphire AS, both primary insiders, has sold 9 355 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS to Eric Meyer, Director of Operations and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire AS, at an average price per share of NOK 92.5. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 27th, 2019.

Further, Alsco AS has sold 920 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS to Alejandro Castro, Group Controller and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire AS, at an average price per share of NOK 92.5. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 27th, 2019.
