Atlantic Sapphire AS (the "Company") has prepared the enclosed Admission Document, dated 14 May 2018, in order to provide information about the Company and its shares in connection with the admission to trading on Merkur Market (the "Admission"). Trading is expected to commence today under the ticker symbol "ASA-ME".

Arctic Securities AS, DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA and Pareto Securities AS have acted as Merkur Advisors to the Company in connection with the Admission. Advokatfirmaet CLP DA has acted as legal advisor to the Company and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS has acted as legal advisor to the Merkur Advisors in connection with the Admission.
