Atlantic Sapphire AS: Changes to the Board of Directors
Atlantic Sapphire AS announces that Johan Henrik Krefting, who previously represented Vatne Equity AS on the Board of Directors since 25 September 2017, and has been an independent board member since 20 June 2019, has taken a new employment position that prevents him from serving further as a company board member. Krefting has therefore informed the company that he will resign as a board member effective today, 23 October 2019. The board will launch the process of identifying a suitable candidate to succeed Mr. Krefting as a board member.
Johan Andreassen, Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Sapphire AS, said “On behalf of the board, we appreciate the commitment, performance and value that Henrik Krefting brought as an Atlantic Sapphire board member during a period of considerable company development. We wish him all the best in the future”.
