The Annual General Meeting of Atlantic Sapphire AS will be held in the offices on Advokatfirmaet CLP, Sommerrogata 13-15, 0255 Oslo on Thursday June 20th, 2019 at 11:30 am (CEST).

The notice with the full agenda is attached both in Norwegian and English, and contains the following attachments: (1) The Board's proposal for resolution in item 4 – 9, (2) The shareholders' rights, participation and proxy, (3) Registration form and (4) Proxy form.

The company is well underway with construction of its phase 1 build out which is projected to harvest approximately 10,000 tons of salmon annually, beginning in Q3, 2020. The company has also secured the key US water permits to produce up to 90,000 tons onsite, annually.
