Following on from the failure of AP's funding partner alternative fund sources

are being pursued.

AP is currently in discussion with a number of parties, each of which has

expressed an interest in supporting the Company going forward.

Discussion with these parties are ongoing and as and when a final position is

determined a further announcement will be made. It is anticipated that

conclusion will happen before end of May 2019.

Meanwhile, AP appreciates the continued support of its shareholders, suppliers,

advisors and stakeholders during this period.
